A Little Cheese, No Wine

Something we hunger for in this Time of Lockdown is travel. The photo above is a cheese shop in Barcelona. When quizzed about Spanish cheeses, most of would say Manchego and.....?

Yup. There is world of cheeses out there. A planet of wines and beers and incredible art and inedible delicacies. Museums and drag strips. We hunger for the chance to find a place like this, step inside and sample some cheeses. Aged cheeses and young ones. Buy a quarter kilo and ask the cheesemonger where to get bread. What, an artisan baker a few blocks away? Off we go.
